As seen in the anime, Parappa can stretch his arms.
Parappa can do Karate and knows Martial Arts thanks to Chop Chop Master Onion.
Parappa can aslo control his size by rapping.
Parappa has skateboarding skills.
Parappa can fire a small heat wave as seen in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
