PlayStation Home spaces[]
To coincide with the release of A Crack in Time, two spaces based on the game were released for PlayStation Home. Time Travelers, the main public space, contained many interactive activities and mini-games. The other space, Home Sweet Home, was a private space designed as a space station. Both were released on the 15 October 2009 in the West, and the 19 November 2009 in Japan and Asia.
The mini-games in the public space included Gadgetron HQ, where players were able to explore the world of Ratchet & Clank, a multiplayer shooter called Skunk Works, and Escaped Sheep. The Firing Range sub-space also included past, present and future versions of the Artillery shooting mini-game. Many of these awarded the player with various unlockable rewards.
There was also a shop that offered players a variety of merchandise based upon the game, including the personal space, clothing and furniture.
