An original game by Winky Soft, the developer of the Super Robot Wars series. It was originally planned as a sequel to "Masou Kishin THE LORD OF ELEMENTAL", and the system, characters, and other settings are very similar to "Masou Kishin THE LORD OF ELEMENTAL". The PlayStation version was distributed on Game Archives on November 28, 2007, but distribution was discontinued due to Winky Soft's bankruptcy.
Information on the sequel, "Seireiki Rayblade II" for the PlayStation 2, was released around 2001,
but there has been no movement since then and the release date remains undecided.
The original Masou Kishin series was completed with the fourth installment, "Masou Kishin F".
