The Lost World: Jurassic Park is a game for the PlayStation. It is based on the film with the same name and was released on August 31, 1997. The game has 5 playable characters: a compsognathus, a velociraptor, a tyrannosaurus rex, a human hunter, and human prey (Sarah Harding). As the player "makes its way up the food chain" it becomes more powerful in a sense. A Greatest Hits version of this game was released on September 23, 1998 under the title The Lost World: Jurassic Park - Special Edition. The game was rated T for animated violence and animated blood and gore.

The game generally got negative reviews from critics. The highest ratings the game got were 60% (GameRankings), C (Game Revolution), and 5.6/10 (GameSpot). The Special Edition version got better reviews as evidenced by The Video Game Critic giving the Special Edition a B- (with their original grade being D). The Video Game Critic states that "Lost World Special Edition is almost good enough to let me forgive EA for the first one".
