Tony Jay (February 2, 1933-August 2006) was a British-American actor who voiced in several video games such as the Legacy of Kain franchise as the Elder God and X-Men Legends as Magneto. Outside of video games, he has voiced Judge Claude Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
